of the holiday activities last month!!!
Create Some Interest in membership Moose International has
announced $0 application fees from January 1, 2012 through April 30,
2012. Applicants pay no application fees for applications
transmitted to Moose International. Here is your opportunity to
sponsor 2 applications to receive a year of free dues, provided
these applicants are reported as enrolled by April 30, 2012.
Sign up NOW for the Super Bowl Football Pool in the Social
Quarter!!! If there is a lack of participation, all money will be
refunded.
See the attached calendars for January through April upcoming
activities.
Community Service Activities:
The Laurel Moose Family Center collected and delivered 101 pounds
of canned and non-perishable goods to Elizabeth House/FISH of Laurel
in 2011. Thank you. Your donations made the difference for Laurel
area local families.
In 2011, Laurel Moose Family Center also collected the equivalent
of $16.80 in box tops and labels in support of supplies for
Mooseheart Schools. Continue to save Box Tops for Education and
Labels for Education for Mooseheart Schools. Drop your box tops and
labels in the can by the membership poster in the Social Quarters.

Breakfast with Santa event helped Laurel Moose Family Center
collect numerous unwrapped toys and games for distribution to
children at Fort Meade whose parent(s) are deployed. Stop by the
Lodge to see the Laurel Leader front page picture of this event on
the bulletin board.
New for 2012 -- More Friday Night Dinners!!!
LOOM continues to make progress on the kitchen renovation
projects. The House committee thanks all who helped with getting the
stove and fryer in place for use.

Back by popular demand -- LOOM Chicken & Liver Dinner 1/20/12 from
6 - 8 PM
Join us at the WOTM Meet Joe Bean Soup & Cornbread Dinner in
honor of our future Administrator Joe Chippich on 1/27/12 from 6 8
PM.
Tickets for all dinners can be purchased at the bar in the Social
Quarter the day of the meal.

1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month -- LOOM Lodge Meeting at 7:00
PM
1st Thursday of each month -- WOTM Committee Activity Night at
7:00 PM
3rd Thursday of each month WOTM Chapter Meeting at 7:00 PM
Miscellaneous:
Volunteers Wanted we need volunteers to help organize some
exciting upcoming events such as the Friday Night Dinners, New
Member Orientation, Wings Cook-Off, Legacy of the Moose, and Family
Easter Party. Just talk to the Board of Officers. We thank you in
