  • 25 Club Party In Las Vegas 2008

Changes to the 25 Club Party in Las Vegas 2008.  First of all every 25 clubber must be made aware that to earn membership in the 2007-2008 25 Club, they must sponsor 5 members between May 1, 2007 and April 30, 2008.  Secondly, the 25 Club party will return to the dinner show format last experienced in Toronto, but now as a joint event of both Loyal Order of Moose and Women of the Moose qualifiers.

25 clubbers, men and women, will be treated to dinner, and entertainment with the enormously funny comedian, John Pinette.

As WE have returned to the dinner show format, the signing of 5 members by existing 25 Club members, during the ‘I Believe’ campaign, will qualify the member only to attend this event.  Everyone who earns an invitation to this event will have the opportunity to bring one guest.  They may earn a guest ticket by sponsoring an additional five members, for a total of ten between May 1, 2007 and April 30, 2008, or they may purchase one guest ticket, in advance of the convention, for $75.00 Expectations are that no complimentary tickets will be distributed.

ATTENTION MEMBERS: Have you not received your membership cards??
The single largest reason preventing the Moose International Dues Processing Center from immediately processing and mailing a new dues card is payments received without a renewal coupon. Many individual members, as well as Lodges and Chapters paying on behalf of their members fall in to this category.

If the following items apply to you, you can help us expedite the processing of your card.

* You have mailed a payment to the Moose International Dues Processing Center with no coupon accompanying the payment.
* Your check has been cashed.
* You have not received a new dues card.

Please e-mail the helpdesk at, helpdesk@mooseintl.org , using "Payment Resolution Info" as the subject line, or fax us at (630) 966-2211 with the following information:

Your name and Moose ID#
The name and Moose ID# of the person whose dues are being paid, if different from above
Your Fraternal Unit (Lodge/Chapter) #
The check number used to make your payment
The amount of the check
The date the check was cashed
The last four digits of the checking account #

If the payment was for more than one member, include the above information and the individual amount of payment for each person.

The process of researching and identifying payments received with no renewal coupon is extremely time consuming. In rare instances it can take several hours to resolve just one payment. The above requested information enables our staff to resolve most of these type of payments in just a few minutes.
