Looks like many did not read the recent e-mails 5/7/2008 about entering the 2008-2009 officers and chairmen. This must be done by the week end. Most of you need to contact the helpdesk for your Passcode  This is done on the MI Website. Follow these directions:

Beginning with the New Moose Year, May 1, 2008, all Officer, Appointed Officer and Chairman information must be entered by the FRU using the mooseintl.org  http://www.mooseintl.org  website. The new "Officer Maintenance" function was added to the "Admin. Menu" May 1, 2008.

To access the "Admin. Menu", log on to https://secure.mooseintl.org/MyRecord  and enter your personal member ID# and password.

From the "My Memberships" screen, select "AdminMenu" in the upper right hand corner. Now, enter the "Fraternal Unit Passcode". If you do not have that Passcode, contact the Help Desk (630-906-3658) immediately to get your "Fraternal Unit Passcode" as soon as possible.

When you have entered the "Administration Home" screen, select "Officer Maintenance" to enter your Officer, Appointed Officer and Chairman information for 2008

Moose Brothers,

Any member in good standing that wants to be considered for an elected or appointed office needs to submit a letter of intent with his resume to any Association Executive Committee Member.

The one year offices of President, Vice President, Prelate, and Treasurer are open. The Secretary's three year term is over and is will be open for another three year term.

If you have an interest to serve on a committee please let Vice President Mark Letterman aware of your desire.

Moose of the Year and Rookie of the Year forms will be sent any day. They must be submitted to the Association Secretary by June 15, 2008 so that we insure posting to MI by July 1, 2008.

Lodges not meeting the June 15, 2008 deadline of the MD/DE/DC Moose Association will be charged a Fraternal Apology of $25.00, by the Association. The Apology will be remitted to Moose Charities for our current Capital Project.
